Good beach Hotel
unforgettable holiday Excellent and friendly staff, the cleaning lady LULA Super clean thank you very much very kind very sweet if I remember correctly we had room 206-208 she made the room shine for us every day we will definitely come back grazie
This was our third visit and we’d be happy to go again. The hotel is five minutes’ walk from Paddington Station, with good bus links and plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance. Staff are helpful and friendly, the rooms are simple but clean, with comfortable beds and good showers. The continental breakfast is all-you-can-eat at a reasonable price. If you want a no-frills, good value, comfortable hotel in a convenient location the Nayland Hotel is well worth considering.
From the moment we had arrived until the end of our stay was excellent and we plan to return in the near future. My daughter and I had arrived many hours before check in as she wanted to explore the city, I called the reception and they ensured we had a parking space within a couple of minutes. Check in was efficient and the gentlemen on reception were warm and welcoming and made us feel relaxed. The room was immaculately clean, cosy and ample room to unpack and move around. The beds were comfy and had extra pillows if needed. Just what you need after a long day of exploring and theatre trips. Breakfast was a continental style service with toast, pastries and cereal etc. The ladies who looked after us were very friendly and a great asset to the hotel. On check out, the hotel looked after our car for a service charge so my daughter and I could go off and explore some more sights. Stress-free and was so grateful for their hospitality. The hotel is in the perfect location to Paddington, the tube to many attractions and a couple of stops to Covent Garden. Perfect! Thank you so much for making our trip so enjoyable. We will return in the near future.
Very average indeed small dark rooms, no feeling at all to anything, pick somewhere else, location is OK and the front desk do try and help but honestly not for us, it's a shame that people treat it as just buisness with no feeling at all, smallest toilet and shower seen, shame
We stayed here for four nights and found the hotel to be perfect for our needs. The hotel is spotless clean and the rooms, although a little snug are equipped with a TV, safe, Wall mounted fan and ensuite shower. Yes the shower is small but I believe this is standard among other hotels in the area and across London. The staff were pleasant and allowed us to leave our bags as our room was not ready (we were 2 hours early). The hotel is in a nice area and the tube station is only four minute walk. I am leaving a five star review because it was very affordable for this end of London and I believe we got good value for money.
