9 Nights - Barcelona, Majorca & Madrid Vacation W/Air

We stayed here for 4 nights. The room is cosy but very comfortable and there is very little noise so we had a good nights sleep every night! The location was perfect for us, just under 10 mins walk from Llacuna metro station and a 20 minute walk from the beach front. If we were staying for less than 4 nights you might have felt a little too far out. The man on reception (sorry we didn’t get his name!) was very friendly and helpful. Our only criticism would be the house keeping as we found the floor wasn’t very clean, it felt that the dirt/dust on the floor was just being pushed around. We also found several long dark hairs throughout our stay in the room and on the towels.

We stayed at this hotel for six nights in total and absolutely loved every moment, we are even thinking of coming back. We have been to many hotels in different countries and always found that the cleaners were not great, here the cleaners came in everyday and made our beds , gave us fresh towels etc and were always very polite. Our room was very spacious had a fridge, English TV and an amazing shower. We had breakfast with our stay and the chefs were accommodating especially when it came to how we requested our omelettes made a certain way, nice variety for food and drinks. All tables were cleaned promptly and always very clean and tidy. Staff were nice enough and helped where possible. The location of the hotel is great, the bus stop is a two minute walk up the road and the beach and bars were also not far at all. Overall was definitely what we were looking for.

The hotel is not 4 star by any means. It was clean and beds made but air con didn’t work even after reporting it. The hot food selection was always cold but managed with salad chips cheese for a 3 night break ok ended up eating out in the evening because of this. The hotel is in the middle of the back and beyond very little in the town to do the beach is lovely though but nothing about in the evening the hotel was full of older local people so didn’t feel very welcome by them or the reception staff the bar staff were pleasant though. Pool is t heated and is all in the shade so was absolutely freezing plenty of sun loungers though and limited cocktail drinks available. Wouldn’t recommend we were 2 friends 40 travelling to relax but just no background noise any where or atmosphere wouldn’t return or recommend.

I would recommend this hotel for the following reasons: The friendliness of the staff- we arrived late at night and they booked us in, sent us round to the bar for a drink (we were all inclusive) and had reserved a meal for us due to missing the evening meal. The cleanliness- the room were cleaned every day and towels & bedding changed daily. The room itself- one point to mention with the room- there isn't a towel rail to dry your towels on, and you really do need one. The food, although this could be a little repetitive, there was plenty of it, There was a good selection at breakfast- English, Continental, fruit, pancakes and omelettes cooked to request. I did miss a decent cup of tea; as the water from the machine wasn't hot enough to make one. Lunch- again you had the option to have various types of meat and fish cooked upon request. Evening meal- same as above- both meals come with very nice deserts. Pool area- kept very clean- could do with a few more parasols. The resort- small - but with a good choice of bars, restaurants and shops just around the corner. All in all a good experience and well worth it's four star rating as far as I and my sister were concerned.

Arrived late, great reception staff who even offered us late sandwiches as we had missed diner. 3 lovely rooms, 2 doubles and a hot tub room booked. All had sea views, clean and comfortable. Air con worked a treat. Samual, Fran, Cassandra, front reception and the lady at meals with the biggest ever smile amazing. Food was good, drinks were brilliant. Great vodka tonics! Pool quiet, no need to rush for a sun-bed ever. I read all the reviews before arriving, and can honestly not find a single fault with our stay. Would highly recommend and we will return. Thank you all at Hotel Triton, a real treat.

I liked the concept of the hotel and rooms. The beds were nice and rooms comfortable - all with a specific film-themed deco. The downsides I found were: - the rooms were not very sound proof and you could also hear this constant humming sound from the electric board ; - there were a few hairs here and there in the bathroom and when I’d get rid of them, next cleaning round there were some more; - breakfast is average - there is a strong smell of toilet in the staircase and you can smell they tried to cover it up (which is fully understandable) Other than that staff was nice, lunch was vey cheap and decent and the deco fairly cool
