Nice hotel. Easy access from train station and only 10 minutes walk from eventim apollo. The room was small but comfortable. Tasty breakfast, but you need to be careful as restaurant was very crowded, and people dont adhere to the one way system, so my wife was very nearly pushedNice hotel. Coffee was not the best we've had so couldn't drink it all. Although the railway line was virtually outside the window, there's excellent sound proofing, so we hardly heard them when the window was closed. The shower in our room took ages to warm up but was a decent size, so you don't feel claustrophobic in there.
Staff we encountered were very helpful and friendly and made us feel welcome.

Booked this for a close hotel to stay in after I watched a show at the Apollo. Upon arrival at the hotel, the receptionist greeted my friend and I with a smile and was polite and friendly to us. We made our way to our room and upon entering, IBooked this for a close hotel to stay in after I watched a show at the Apollo. Upon arrival at the hotel, the receptionist greeted my friend and I with a smile and was polite and friendly to us. We made our way to our room and upon entering, I was surprised at the facilities and cleanliness! There was a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, a phone to call reception (some hotels these days lack this!) and Dove toiletries. The bathroom was bright, modern and exceptionally clean. The bedding was soft, pristine condition and very comfy. The towels were really fluffy and soft and the room was spotlessly clean everywhere else. There was a TV in the room with full free view channels too which was a nice addition.
Breakfast in the morning had enough choice for everybody whether you wanted a healthier option or cooked options, plenty of options.
Again, upon checking out there was a different receptionist but he was also very friendly and polite and couldn’t do enough for us.
Overall an excellent stay here, would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to book holiday inn again!

Everything was fantastic experience for us, well worth the money we paid. Room is good decent size and clean, staffs are very helpful. Nice hotel. Good location not far from the tube station. Parking was £25 over night. Rooms were clean a comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t very nice. Cheap ingredients like powdered egg and cheap bacon. A convenient location in Hammersmith, close to some great bars and restaurants. The hotel is in good condition and the staff were generally welcoming. Room was good for a family of 4 (if a little cosy). They did a good job of proactively recognising IHG status.

Breakfast was a little sad and breakfast finishes quite early (9:30am during the week) which led to lots of people trying to get food while the staff were dutifully throwing food in the bin.

Spent a weekend in Paris so just needed a place to crash each night, this was perfect. Quiet, clean and friendly. Great location to start walking from, we walked to Bercy and from there all the way to the Eiffel Tower. We arrived at midnight and received a very warm welcome. The bedroom was super clean and functional (we also found a hair dryer in the closet, which was so useful) and the staff was amazing, everyone has been very kind and helpful (a member of the staff helped me getWe arrived at midnight and received a very warm welcome. We’ll definitely choose this hotel again when we’ll be back in Paris!

We stay here quite a lot for my daughter’s appointments in Crumlin. The rooms are always clean, with a comfortable bed, pillows and a good shower.
The food in the Willow Restaurant is delicious , reasonably priced with good portions. The teriyaki salmon noodle dish is DIVINE!!!

The Aspect is so lucky to have Jodie on the team. She is always so efficient, warm and friendly. She always seem to be keeping the show on the road in the restaurant! Look after her!
The only thing I can never quite understand is how a bed for the 3rd person is only a camp bed on the floor rather than an actual single bed. This is most peculiar and uncomfortable for a grown adult to sleep on.

We were a group of 29 guests from Finland. The hotel was pleasant and the rooms were clean and quiet with excellent beds. The staff and customer service was a bit uptight, but relevant. We ate dinner every evening at the hotel. Each dinner had also a vegetarian option, which was nice. The breakfast lacked variation, and the croissants and some other caterings ran out every morning. But, it made its case.

The restaurant is wonderful! Food was so fresh and the portions big. The dessert was amazing, they had this toffee on cookie dessert. WOW. Nishant is the chef and we had the lamb and fish and chips. Could not have been better.

Staff is very friendly, Veronica in the dining room, our waiter and the young lady who checked us in were both noteworthy, just didn’t get their names.
Our room is very comfortable. Everything we need!
This is the last night of our stay in Ireland….what a way to cap off a wonderful vacation!

My husband and I stayed in a superior suite in the Brehon for 2 nights in late September 2024. The suite was very huge, the shower was spacious and the water pressure excellent and the bed was so comfortable. The staff were lovely particularly the reception staff and the breakfast was really good. It's about a 20/25 minute walk into the town and a taxi into the town is roughly 10 euro. To be honest I don't know what some of the reviews saying the hotel is dated are about we thought the hotel was really nice and well maintained, the bar, restaurant were we had breakfast and the reception/ lobby area were decorated beautifully and I would recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing break

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights as part of our tour of Ireland, it was the priciest hotel we were staying in so I had high hopes. Sadly we were disappointed. I booked a suite which was quite tired. I booked a suite which was quite tired. The patio doors on our balcony wouldn’t close properly, I pointed this out within an hour of arrival and was assured that the facility staff would see to it. It was still not repaired by the time we left. As a result there was the noise of traffic passing by late into the night which impacted on our sleep. There was a dressing table with no lighting, so impossible to do hair and make up properly as was too dark.
Some of the serving staff in the restaurant could do with some customer care training as they weren’t even able to crack a smile. I ordered eggs Benedict one morning, and they arrived on a barely toasted muffin, and the eggs were poached solid and were inedible.
Out of the 5 hotels we stayed in during our trip, we both agree that the Brehon provided least value for money.
