We had an amazing stay and the staff was super friendly! I had a surprise birthday celebration for my wife and Karsana who is a staff member did an amazing job coordinating the surprise and making it a memorable moment! The hotel is clean, the view is great and the service is great, please note that they do not have a water spray in the room bathroom.

Great view on the jungle. Very unique experience. We picked the villa with a jacuzzi inside and took a beautiful hot flowery bath. The jungle is mesmerizing to watch during the day. Overall could not fault our stay. Room spacious, very clean, great amenities, bed very comfortable.
Hotel staff are extremely friendly, polite and very helpful.
Great breakfast buffet.

Had dinner here on a Saturday night.....went in from Seminyak and wasn't dissapointed. If you have eaten at a hard rock Cafe, you know the food...classic and tasty. The Staff as soon as you walk in are smiling, friendly and gracious. Nito was our server and the guys is awesome,Had dinner here on a Saturday night.....went in from Seminyak and wasn't dissapointed. If you have eaten at a hard rock Cafe, you know the food...classic and tasty. The Staff as soon as you walk in are smiling, friendly and gracious. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was great and my husband appreciated his birthday serenade and cake on our last morning! Nothing was too much trouble for the restaurant staff and the pool activities, pool table and basketball ring were a hit with the kids. The foam party was a lotThoroughly enjoyed our stay. Stayed 4 nights. Allowed early check in and late check out.
Breakfast great. Plenty of good eating places outside. Plenty of shops to explore.
Only problem is that it was too hot but no fault of the hotel.
Swimming pool is simply great !!!

Excellent hotel in a great area,.close to the lake. The pool is excellent, especially for children who need a break from the heat. Beautiful, clean, and comfortable hotel. Our room was wonderful. The hotel is centrally located which meant we could walk to much that we wanted to visit. We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights during our first trip to Hanoi. I love the location of the hotel….right next to the Old Quarter….within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants and shops…St Joseph Cathedral is just one block behind and Hoan Kien Lake one block down the street.We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights during our first trip to Hanoi. I love the location of the hotel….right next to the Old Quarter….within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants and shops…St Joseph Cathedral is just one block behind and Hoan Kien Lake one block down the street. The Ruby City View room is spacious and comfortable. The only downside for the room is the traffic noise from the street. The manager helped to change our room to one on the higher floor the next day as I was not able to sleep well. The hotel also helped to safe keep our luggages when we went on our overnight Halong Bay cruise. For the last night, we stayed at a Church View room…..very nice view…..especially at night…..but then there was the ringing Church bell🔔 in the morning. Buffet breakfast was wonderful….I love the Avocado smoothie. The hotel also has a roof top bar and swimming pool on the 12th floor with amazing views. We enjoyed the Vietnamese massage at the Hotel Spa very much…book in advance to avoid disappointment as they were fully booked on that Saturday evening. Although the hotel is not very huge, we find it very cosy….a comfort to return to after our day out. Airport transfers were hassle-free. The excellent service and attentiveness of all the staff….always there and ready to help…..would be the reason for us to stay with them again for our next trip to Hanoi. Hopefully the construction next door will be completed by then. 😉

The location is very nice, near to the siant joseph Cathedral and to the lake.

From the moment we arrived, all members of staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Nancy who checked us in gave us plenty of information and was lovely. All staff were fabulous at all times.

The location was excellent and convenient, it made our trip much easier.

The trip was overwhelming with places to go.

We were put up here for 2 nights as our flight was canceled.
Breakfast was good. Lots of choice.
Lunch was a set 3 course menu both starter and main came out together which I know happens a lot but would have thought a 5* hotel would not do
