This was our third time staying at this great hotel. The hotel is in a great location, easily walkable to main tourist sites. The staff are friendly and went the extra mile to look after us. We stayed just one night post-cruise. The hotel is within walking distance of Rome Termini but probably not with cases (we did it but should have taken public transport). There are good transport links nearby as well a number of restaurants and bars. The hotel is very clean and theWe stayed just one night post-cruise. Lovely cozy hotel in a perfect location. Not far from Termini railway station and most places of interest. Hotel is very clean , walking distance to restaurants and places to visit. I loved the Italian look of the room, the cleanliness and the great price. Receptionist was very professional and polite. Just back from an amazing trip to Rome. Hotel was fantastic, room was bigger and better than expected. Bed was so comfortable, clean bathroom and gorgeous smell everytime we entered hotel. Breakfast was delicious, with great selection! Only faults, our room smelt of stale smoke all the time and milkJust back from an amazing trip to Rome. The hotel was very centraly located. Within walking distance of the train station, Ponte Vecchio, Uffizi Galleries etc. Nice and clean rooms, great breakfast, lots of small restaurants nearby but the absolutely best was the staff. Especially Eleonora who gave us great dinner tips! Extra bonus for shipping my jacketThe hotel was very centraly located. I liked this hotel. It is close to the train station and within walking distance of all the local attractions. Staff are friendly and polite and one of the breakfast staff can be heard belting out Madonna songs! We were able to store our bags after arriving early. Room wasI liked this hotel. On the plus side, it is close to the train station (10 minute walk), it's a relative modern hotel with staffed reception area, great breakfast, two elevators, room was basic but comfortable, large bathroom. My main complaint was that the A/C was NOT working, when I complained, I was told hotel was full, so I couldn't change room. Their solution was to send up a fan. Luckyly we went in early May so weather was still cool, our room was over looking the inside patio, we had to sleep with the window open, so we didn't have a noise issue. But a/c not working is unacceptable!
Major attraction were within walking distance (15-20) minutes, we are in mid 60's so took a rest halfway. We always sat at the Piazza di Santa Maria Novella which is a beautiful plaza! We has a couple of meals at the local pizzeria/Osteria MASO, a 2 minute walk, reasonable prices, good food, great service.
Average price for 4 night stay, including IVA tax, but not the mandatory city tax was $ 180 a night, including breakfast.

Booked this hotel thinking we would be staying in a 4 star hotel that was lovely based on the photos. But this was not the case at all, it felt much more like a hostel. Very very small rooms, didn’t feel clean and was very dark.

We decided not to stay here and went to find a new hotel. When leaving we were offered to see another room. However given that this was our honeymoon we didn’t feel we would see a nicer room at the same rate.

Amazing experience from A to Z. Loved the deluxe room, which has a suprrb view on the Venice canals and gondolas. This was my second stay at the Hotel, and My wife and I were just as happy with everything as the first time. A five star stay at a 4 star hotel. Staff are kind and very helpful and the building is just lovely. Fantastic location (a gelato shop is just around the corner)!!! The front desk is super helpful and assisted with transfers from the airport and to the cruise port - for a fee of course. The drivers they obtained were exceptional- professional and on time. The room was unique andFantastic location (a gelato shop is just around the corner)!!! Great hotel, location and staff. We had 7 rooms and no issues with any of them. Everyone there is helpful and have great recommendations on what to see and do. They can even set up your transportation to/from the mainland for you. This was our 2ndGreat hotel, location and staff. We had 7 rooms and no issues with any of them. I was travelling alone and I stayed in Hotel Kette for 4 nights in total i.e 12-14 June and 15-17 June. I did not stay on 14 June as the price of the only room available increased by 200 Euros. I did not stay on 14 June as the price of the only room available increased by 200 Euros. I liked that the room had a view of the canal and guests could take a water taxi to/fro hotel. All the staffs at the front desk, with the exception of Giampietrox, made me feel at home. So I extended my stay in the hotel. Mattia and Riccardo were friendly and helpful. Robert and another porter (Philipino/Chinese descent) were great too! When I wanted to stay for a second night, Riccardo accepted my booking verbally as with any other hotels. I have booked my first night of stay through booking.com. Giampietrox on the other hand, did not want to take my booking verbally when I wanted to extend another day of stay and instructed me to do the booking myself through the hotel website where I realized I was entitled to a free bottle of wine for booking via hotel website and when I did not see the wine in the room, I asked Giampletrox about it and that was when he told me rudely he would pay for the wine out of his own pocket should I not receive it subsequently! Mind you, this is a 4-star hotel and it is atrocious I was treated in such a manner by a staff by the name of Giampletrox! It left a bad taste in my mouth! So if you are thinking of staying in Hotel Kette, please make sure you do not step on Giampletrox's toes!
P/S : To the management of Hotel Kette : I understand Giampietrox has been with the hotel for years. As the hotel industry is a service industry, it seems Giampietrox is not aware he is in the service line so there is a need to drum into him he needs to treat guests courteously as there is no point to let your business suffer just because of a bad nut like him!

The hotel is good and well located (close to the airport).
Breakfast was also with good choices and great fruits (although the fruit juices are not good).
I did not use the Pool, but it seemed good and well cared.

Great hotel with all the basics done really well. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. We spent 4 days here to use as our base to explore Olbia and it was fun and easy. The hotel is in an excellent location, very near the airport. Parking was easy with a large lot adjacent to the hotel. The rooms were comfortable with a good shower and nice balcony. The only issue was the air conditioning was turned on yet so the room was a little stuffy. The staff was very helpful and brought us a fan which took care of the issue. They property also had a nice pool area. The hotel restaurant was excellent. The staff was very good and the food was delicious. The breakfast was great with a large assortment of fruit, cheese, meats. We would definitely stay here again.

First of all the smell of the room was amazing! Super clean. Couldn’t fault the whole experience for the entire week at this hotel. The staff are so incredibly lovely and are so happy to help.
