Spent three nights at this great city centre hotel. Excellent location, 5 minute walk from the tube station at Monastiraki square. 20 minutes walk to all the main sites in this excellent city. Our room was clean & just the right size for our needs!! Walk in shower & clean towels daily.

Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice so you won’t go hungry!!!!!

This is a well located 3 star hotel. It's clean, quiet and comfortable.
The rooms are small and the bathroom is tiny - our shower was a half size bath that you stepped into, there was basically no bench space for personal items. The woodwork is suffering water damage butThis is a well located 3 star hotel. It's clean, quiet and comfortable.
The rooms are small and the bathroom is tiny - our shower was a half size bath that you stepped into, there was basically no bench space for personal items. The woodwork is suffering water damage but it's generally well maintained.
It is walking distance from the Monastiraki Metro (direct line from the airport), there are fresh fruit stalls opposite and a delightful Greek food outdoor restaurant a few metres away. Syntagma Square is walking distance away, but further than Monastiraki.
A buffet breakfast is included in the price and it has plenty of variety. We found all the staff extremely helpful.
The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location and it also has a residents-only rooftop bar with direct line of sight to the Acropolis. Stunning.

Perfect stay, great facilities and the rooftop bar is amazing!!! Rooms are clean and staff at reception was very helpful. The rooftop is so perfect for a quiet drink while watching the sunset. Recently stayed at Athens Center Square Hotel and was happy with the overall experience. The hotel’s location is great—just a short walk to Monastiraki Square, making it convenient for exploring the heart of Athens.

One of the good things was the restaurant next door, which offers budget-friendly meals that are perfect for a quick bite without breaking the bank. The hotel staff were very friendly and always willing to assist, which added a personal touch to our stay.
The breakfast at the hotel was a standout, it was a great way to start each day. The room itself was on the smaller side but cozy and well-equipped for a night or two.
One minor drawback was the area around the hotel entrance, where some shops selling pre-owned items gave a less polished impression. While this doesn’t impact the comfort or quality of the stay, it does affect the immediate aesthetics of the area.
Overall, Athens Center Square Hotel offers good value for money with its excellent location, helpful staff, and tasty breakfast. It’s a solid choice for anyone looking to enjoy Athens while staying in a well-placed and friendly hotel.

Hidden Gem of a Hotel!

For the price this boutique hotel is amazing. The view of the Caldera from our balcony was stunning. Breakfast served to your patio each morning. Water bottles in the fridge. Tea kettle with tea and coffee. Iron and ironing board. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Very walkable to restaurants.For the price this boutique hotel is amazing. We went to this hotel to celebrate our 49th wedding anniversary. This was our second visit to the Theoxenia and third to Santorini.
We chose to stay in one of their Caldera view rooms. It was very comfortable and was well worth the stair climb to get there.

The staff were very welcoming and supportive through out the trip. I have food allergies and efforts had been made to accommodate me.

Extraordinarily friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived, this was a fantastic experience. Spectacular views from the room balcony. Breakfast served was excellent. Room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Bottles of water provided. Good heating for cool nights. Bed nice and comfortable. Plenty of storage space. What a great hotel! Right in the middle of Fira on Santorini. The small almost secret entrance hides a hotel with fantastic rooms, wonderful staff, amazing views and great breakfast.

The advice and guidance of the team was so helpful, letting us the best and worst times to go to Oia (the well known part of the island) which gets overrun by tourists, and how to catch the busses to get to the beaches on the other side of the island.
Our stay here was a real highlight of our trip.

Old Style Plantation Type with excellently remodeled rooms. Service was mostly excellent--front desk VERY pleasant; upkeep of rooms fell a bit in that toilet paper was not restored promptly. It was one of the noisiest places in the area. One day, trying to enjoy the quiet pool, there was not only construction going on, there were lawnmowers and leaf blowers in a high density area despite the fact that the workers knew we were in a class which required quiet. Not cool at all.
The Bones Bar had excellent Aussie meat pies. Sabor has decent food but is VERY poorly run, taking far, far too long for their service. Elmo's has OK Italian. Flying Fish is the best food but they steal your money, running your card twice--patronize but beware, and keep your receipts.

Stayed with family and friends and absolutely loved this place. Clean rooms, super friendly staff and the hotel was in the perfect location adjacent to the Marketplace. Food was very good at Sabor but the breakfast buffet needs some work. We loved Zorba’s for breakfastStayed with family and friends and absolutely loved this place. We loved Zorba’s for breakfast just a short walk away. Pools are very nice and the Flying Fish restaurant is amazing. Bones was fun for happy hour drinks and you can’t beat that view. Huge shout out to VanDyke at the Sabor bar for sharing stories and the history of the island. He is a HUGE asset to the staff. Just a great guy and so kind and human. I’d go back in a minute just to sit at his bar. Highly recommend and you can’t beat the room rate. Great value!

This is a nice hotel with a very pleasant staff and adjacent to a small tourist village with some nice restaurants. The rooms were newly done since the terrible hurricane that decimated Freeport. They were clean, spacious, nicely laid out and with a lovely view from the balcony. The rooms were newly done since the terrible hurricane that decimated Freeport. They were clean, spacious, nicely laid out and with a lovely view from the balcony. The furnishings are comfortable utilitarian and showed little sign of wear and tear. The bathroom was well lit, nice sized and with a shower that was a cinch to turn on and use. Bones Bar has great beer. We recommend the locally brewed Bones Ale. The breakfast buffet is a bit disappointing without fruit on 2 days and never any yogurt. Dinner at Sabor was excellent as they cooked our fresh catch perfectly. (Why the restaurants throughout the island refuse to serve tap water is shrouded in mystery. Apparently there was some salt intrusion but this is now corrected. Could this be a ploy to improve the bottom line).
This hotel is close to being 4 stars But to achieve a better rating I would ask for cleaner elevators, utensils and dish towels and some kitchen soap for the small kitchenette. A better buffet breakfast would also help.
We look forward to visit again next year with these improvements in mind.

Pelican Bay Hotel is the Best

3 seniors visited end of April. We loved staying in the suites. Balconies overlooking the canal, very comfortable for a 7 night stay. Entire facility was very clean & well cared for. Loved the grounds, ferry to Taino Beach, 3 pools, & location with all3 seniors visited end of April. We loved staying in the suites. Loved the grounds, ferry to Taino Beach, 3 pools, & location with all the nearby attractions. Sabor was great. All the staff from housekeeping, lobby staff, restaurant staff & grounds keepers were so nice, welcoming & helpful. Side note loved the fragrance in the lobby! Well done! If you need transportation we highly recommend 3B's Taxi & Tours.

Hotel is centrally located able to visit Licayan Market place and plan several excursions . The onsite restaurant Sabor is excellent with great service as well as great service from hotel staff . We enjoyed use of the onsite swimming pools daily and I would recommend that anyone visit check out the onsite aquarium setup by Sabor restaurant to attract local tropical fish it is outstanding plus enjoyed the company of the local lizards by the pool daily
