Hotel is Near Praha Cental. (Praha 1)
Reception is friendly (Anel) was very professional.
Pillows are big and fluffy.
Beds good for sleeping.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Merkur. The location is perfect, within walking distance to all the major attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to offer recommendations. Our room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. The hotel is near in all attractions here in Prague. The accommodation is neat clean. The receptionist especially Abel is very helpful and accommodating. This hotel was wonderful. Admittedly it’s not located in the heart of Vienna, but it is within a stone’s throw of Vienna HBF which was ideal for someone like me arriving by train from the airport, then departing again by train to Budapest next day.

As I said it is located practically next to the train station while there is also a tram stop outside the hotel so getting around Vienna is not an issue.
The hotel offers self check-in. The app wouldn’t work on my phone (Pixel 8) but that wasn’t a problem as there are tablets you can use once you arrive. This meant I was able to program a key card rather than use the app to access my room. The room itself was compact, but not claustrophobic, clean, tidy and offered a great night’s sleep.
I didn’t eat at the hotel but the option was there.
Not sure I’ll ever be back in Vienna but if I am this will be the first hotel I look to book. It was perfect in every sense.

This is a good solid hotel. Everything is clean and the rooms, although not fancy are well laid out in a thoughtful manner. The breakfast is expensive but very nice. I would recommend to anyone visiting Vienna for a city break to stay here. With tram and tube close you are in the centre in 20 minutes, the walk is 30 minutes anyway. Clean, modern rooms and lounge with a 24/7 bar. Lots of amenities and a good breakfast. WeI would recommend to anyone visiting Vienna for a city break to stay here. Had a great one night stay at the Hotel Schani Wien. Got there early before check in time and they allowed us to store our luggage in a locker for no additional charge. This allowed us to go and check out Vienna while our was getting ready. Perfect location nearHad a great one night stay at the Hotel Schani Wien. Perfect location near the train station and the metro was right across the street for easy access into town. We got a text from them when our room was ready and were able to do the self check in which was great. The room was perfect for us. Very clean, with everything you would need for a nice stay. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Vienna again.

Hotel was very clean, staff were friendly. 2 minute walk to all of the transportation. They gave us bus guide leaflets to help tour Budapest- very helpful.
Good variety of breakfast.

I didn’t pick any particular room, however was odd to have a big window in our room which opened to the hotel hall way anyone could see into whole room, had to keep the curtains closed when in there (which wasn’t a lot). Overall lovely hotel!

We really enjoyed the Atrium Fashion Hotel. The location was good, nice and easy to get around the city with plenty of bars, restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The hotel was great value with immaculately clean rooms, very comfortable beds and great air conditioning. The hotel staff were friendly andWe really enjoyed the Atrium Fashion Hotel. The hotel is okay. It’s conveniently located and close to the underground tram line along with the centre of Budapest. Which was all we needed really as we were here for 4 nights while attending the Coldplay concert. Very clean also which was a plus and Budapest is a beautifulThe hotel is okay. However, if you were looking for a spacious room with a window and nice food/attention to detail I would give this hotel a skip. Staff were very unsure of what was going on. I stayed here with my boyfriend and on arrival we were asked were we meant to be in separate rooms … We are together now 5 years and travel a lot. This isn’t something we encountered before.
Only one room was booked for this trip which we have proof of and then we were asked do we want to sleep in the same bed? “Do you want one big bed or 2 small beds” was the way it was phrased. Mind you a bit strange to ask a couple our age but maybe they ask this to everybody just incase? Given the reception was packed with guests we were a small bit embarrassed being asked this in front of everybody.
The reception worker then said bye… but all of a sudden proceeded to follow us into the lift and leave the desk unattended which was strange. They then looked confused at us for what felt like 10 minutes said finally said “enjoy” tried to close the doors with us all in the lift and then gave up and left before the doors closed. Not sure what it was all about but it was a bit unsettling as a first impression.
The room was incredibly tiny. Although available when we arrived which we were grateful for after an early flight! Clean towels and cleaned every day. The cleaners came in 2 mornings while we were asleep and went back out again once they saw us asleep. Breakfast was not great but I’m not a breakfast person anyway. Lots of flies around the fruit and sink area. But my boyfriend enjoyed it so I’m glad he availed of it.
I would book this hotel purely based off location and a place to sleep.i don’t believe it’s worth 4stars. 3 I would understand. A few things needed like staff training and improvements to the rooms and food offered to make it more 4star. But I guess that depends on what you are looking for.

A return trip to Berlin and the H4. Last time I was here was in the 2020 Covid window. Stayed in room 203. Comfortable, bed and one of the best hotel showers I’ve ever experienced! Staff all really friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great with loads of choice.A return trip to Berlin and the H4. Last time I was here was in the 2020 Covid window. Stayed in room 203. I have to go to Germany on a regular basis for business reasons. NH chain is my usual choice. This time I was in Frankfurt for Achema exhibition and my choice was for NH Messe. Location and rates were my decision makers.

The hotel is located across the street of Messe Frankfurt main entrance. It is literally a 2 minutes walk.
Beside that, the nearest subway station (Festhalle) is a one minute walking from the hotel and a three stations way from the Old Town.
There is a very convenient shopping Mall (SkyLine) nearby.
I got a renovated room. Comfortable, modern, clean and neat.
The staff was polite and effcient.
Breakfast at NH hotels are always very good, and this was no exception. There are options for every taste.
WiFi is free, but it was kind of unstable depending on the time of the day, probably due to traffic.
Summarizing, this was a very good choice.

This is a good and comfortable hotel to stay both for business and tourism.
The location is 10' on foot from the central station and there are lots of transport options just outside the hotel.

A last-minute find!

Wow what a lastminute find!
Booked a last-minute trip very quickly, didn’t do too much research, booked as a package with British Airways. Rated number 10 out of all the hotels in Frankfurt, so I couldn’t believe I got a 3 night stay here for such a good price.

Hotel is located a little bit out of the city centre, more of a neighbourhood area. Which is perfect. Some lovely bars behind the hotel, particularly the taproom. And an amazing piano bar literally next door (although I read it’s closing down soon)
It’s a good 10 minute walk to the train station, but there are tram stops closer. I walked past the train station once, never again. Really hard to explain but it is full of homeless and drug addicts. Rest assured, the hotel is a distance away from all of this.
There is a mall 5 minutes away, which is pretty good and has food options if you’re desperate. The Italian restaurant opposite was also very good.
The room was lovely, comfortable bed, lovely bathroom. The photos on the website really don’t do it justice. It feels very high-end. All of the bath products they provide are really good. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
The night staff were amazing, particularly the guy who would serve at the bar.
Special shout out to Sindy at breakfast, what an amazing woman. She would remember your room number and your dietary preferences. She couldn’t do enough to help. Thank you very much Sindy.
Nice touches in the lobby of water and candies. They also lay out croissants and cakes.
Only negative points I would say, the lift area is a bit grubby, the lift could do with a clean, there was Sellotape over one of the buttons. It’s a shame as after I checked in and went to the lift I did wonder what I had let myself in for. Usually hotels of this standard take a bit better care of communal areas.
My only other gripe is the reception staff. Don’t really answer any questions you have of the local area. A few times I asked for recommendations for bars and restaurants and they didn’t really know. I just used my smart phone instead.
Overall, if I had to return to Frankfurt again, I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place.

Good Location,10 - 15 min walking distance from main train station. Hotel is nice and the staff are very friendly and helpful, always cheery. Room was pleasant, clean and comfortable. Quiet area but 5 min around the corner it could be a bit noisy with small Middle Eastern marketsGood Location,10 - 15 min walking distance from main train station. Centrally located hotel, very close to the old town, Oktoberfest grounds and Hauptbahnhof, yet still a quiet location, with all the amienities that one would expect in a good hotel. Staff were helpful and the rooms spacious and well-equipped. Staff were helpful and the rooms spacious and well-equipped. The bed was very comfortable, shower excellent and small balcony overlooking the courtyard was lovely; it was a real treat to be able to open the window and alternate between AC and real air. The hotel has a small shop to fill the fridge in the room as well as a gym. The local restaurants are a mix of Afghan and Middle Eastern on one side of the street and more local German on the otherside.

When I arrived at 11am a room was ready but they said it was 40 Euros to occupy it before 3pm. At 3pm they upsold me 20 Euros for a “better” room but the AC didn’t work. Really good quality hotel near the main train station (Hauptbahnhof) in Munich.
The concierge and all the staff were very helpful and willing to offer advice and recommendations.
The breakfast selection was huge. All of it tasted great, too. The hotel offered a free welcome drink, which was a nice tough.

One very minimal detraction would be the location. Whilst close to the train station, it is a 25 minute walk from the hotel into the centre of the old town.

Perfect location for exploring Munich

This hotel was perfect for our weekend. Our room was a decent size, with a walk in shower, the room overlooked the courtyard so it was very quiet. Breakfast was good and set you up for a day of exploring wonderful Munich. At night time there is the friendly barThis hotel was perfect for our weekend. Our room was a decent size, with a walk in shower, the room overlooked the courtyard so it was very quiet. Breakfast was good and set you up for a day of exploring wonderful Munich. At night time there is the friendly bar to use for a night cap. The location was great, a short walk from the station and not far to walk for all of the attractions. I would happily stay here again, and the staff were also very friendly.

This hotel is situated beside the Severin Bridge, directly opposite the chocolate museum and the Rheinauhafen business district in the heart of Cologne. The lively city centre, with its countless restaurants, bars, nightclubs and shops, is just 1.5 km from the hotel. Guests will find the Severinbrücke underground station in the immediate vicinity, and it is only a few minutes on foot to famous Cologne Cathedral. The old town is only a kilometre away and it is about 1.5 km to the main railway station. Cologne/ Bonn airport is around 15 km away.

The location, the quality of the room and the excellent sleep made us happy,
but most of all the kindness and dedication of the service personnel.
The first morning we were very late for breakfast but without hesitation they provided us still with all the necessary.

Most probably this hotel was the most below average (worst) NH Hotel that i have ever stayed. I love NH style and try to choose them if my destined city have one. But my last stay was quite disappointing. Hotel has a good location at the heart of city. IMost probably this hotel was the most below average (worst) NH Hotel that i have ever stayed. I love NH style and try to choose them if my destined city have one. But my last stay was quite disappointing. Hotel has a good location at the heart of city. I don't know may be because of Euro 2024 but hotel was "paralysed" in a way. From check-in to check-out every station lack of staff. We have waited about half an hour to check in even its 6 hours later then the normal check-in time. Our room was ok but have some hygiene problems. Elevators was big problem, minimum waiting time was about 10 minutes. Public areas have some hygiene problems. For the following days there were not so adequate housekeeping staff. Glases were dirty, kettle was dirty, our room was not cleaned properly etc. As i mention above, i can understand Köln is one of the host cities and there is a big event however Hotel Management should have consider this situation and booking intensity and they have to strenght the staff for this period. May be due to this intensity prices was above average, we have paid 24 Euro per night for our car at the park which was quite unusual price for an hotel. Overall, as a regualar NH customer me and my family really disappointed by our last stay.

We were there for the England match and felt this hotel offered a 5* service. The guys at the Breakfast were very helpful specially the Manager Mr Costa. He was always present and asking if people needed assistance to get to the stadium and things to do in Köln. WillWe were there for the England match and felt this hotel offered a 5* service. Will be definitely coming again this week for a day to watch England play in Cologne.
