Customer service was incredible, absolutely lovely people. Our luggage was handled for us, so accommodating. Extremely helpful and kind, pure hearts of gold. I have stayed in this hotel for 2 days during my business trip.
Hotel is new, located in the heart of the city. Location is easy reached by Taxi and Metro from the main locations. Room though pretty small, but more than enough for good rest.

Hotel is new, located in the heart of the city. Location is easy reached by Taxi and Metro from the main locations. Room though pretty small, but more than enough for good rest.
Taxi from airport will take you approximately 30-35 S$ and 20 mins drive.
Hotel is clean, very friendly and helpful personnel (helped and advised locating nearest pharmacy and best location to get souvenirs. Special thanks to Angel and James). Breakfast onsite available, as well as all day dine-in option.
Hotel is located 5-10 mins walk from the metro (about 100 m), nearby - parks, sightseeing facilities, shopping street for the souvenirs (5 mins walk), shopping mall (about 20 mins walk). Great location for both - vacation and business stays.

Room was pretty small but it was very clean and they had great customer service. Even from the 2nd floor the view was nice. Only a 1-2 min walk from the station and it was easy to get to local attractions. Overall pretty good.

Fantastic value considering the prices for accommodation in singapore. Good location close to metro. Staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating especially celine.

Service was fast and efficient. Staff are friendly and attentive. KELVIN the bellman was extra helpful. The only minus point is the room size. Our luggage hardly fit. We only stayed here for 1 night but our stay was pleasant. Location is good to the night market where there was lots of different options to chose from for dinner. Price is reasonable. It’s a very nice hotel with good location . The staffs are very nice . Me and my wife stayed for 4 days and we got to meet a very pleasant employee from Indonesia by the name “ Kness “ at the Lounge on the 2 fl .It’s a very nice hotel with good location . Will be back for sure for a 3rd time. Amazing hotel. Clean and nice staff. Only one issue now the bar is only accessible for certain people. This is new as last time i was allowed in and had a great time. The staff are friendly. Big room. The receptionWill be back for sure for a 3rd time. Amazing hotel. Clean and nice staff. Everything about this hotel was top notch. The location was right next to Imbi monorail station and is right across from one of the biggest malls in the world. The breakfasts had a good choice of food, juices, teas and coffees. One member of staff who really stood out toEverything about this hotel was top notch. One member of staff who really stood out to us was the Level Lounge Manager who was the most genuine caring man and is a credit to the hotel. The tall concierge was also very knowledgeable when asked anything. We're in Phuket now and missing KL already.

We stayed at The Melia Kuala Lumpur for 5 nights and I wish we’d stayed longer. We were in a room on The Level part of the hotel. The room was clean, bed and pillows very comfortable, and I have never experienced hospitality anywhere near as good. The staff both at The Level and also downstairs in the lobby and concierge were always very friendly, happy, and welcoming when they saw us. The staff we saw most often were Mr Arif, Mr Nabil, and Mr Agilan and they always greeted and treated us with enthusiasm.
The hotel is conveniently located near a LRT station out the front, with taxis across the road at the Berjaya Times Square Shopping Mall. Grabs and taxis can collect you from the front door of the hotel also. Hotel is close to multiple restaurants and inexpensive food outlets. Pavilion Shopping Mall is a short walk away.
I’m planning another trip to Kuala Lumpur for next year, and I’ll definitely be looking at staying at The Melia again (the only reason I wouldn’t stay there is if it’s not available).
