It is your responsibility to read the carefully as they set out respective rights and obligation. By asking us to confirm your booking, we are entitled to assume that you have had the opportunity to read and have read these booking conditions and agree to them.

In these terms, a ‘package’ means the pre-arranged combination of at least two of the following components when sold or offered for sale at an inclusive price and when the service covers a period of more than twenty-four hours or includes overnight accommodation:—(a) transport; (b) accommodation; (c) other tourist services not ancillary to transport or accommodation and accounting for a significant proportion of the package.

You must be 18 years old at the time of booking and possess the legal capacity and authority to act and travel as the lead name on the booking. We will only deal with the lead name on the booking in all correspondence.

A contract will exist as soon as we issue our confirmation invoice. This booking is made on the terms of these booking conditions. When you make a booking you guarantee that you have the authority to accept and do accept on behalf of your party the terms of these booking conditions.

When making your booking for your package holiday we will arrange for you to enter into contracts with the principal(s) or other supplier(s) (e.g. tour operator/airline/accommodation Company) that are providing your travel services, named on your confirmation(s), for whom we act as agent. Lead Passenger Responsibility for Group Bookings

When a group booking is made, the lead passenger (the individual confirming the booking) assumes full responsibility for all payments and liabilities associated with the booking, including those related to accommodations, activities, transportation, and any other services included in the booking. The lead passenger is solely responsible for ensuring that all group members comply with the terms of the booking, including payment of any additional costs resulting from cancellations, no-shows, or modifications by any group member.

In the event that any group member cancels or refuses to pay, the lead passenger agrees to cover the full cost of the booking, including any additional charges that arise due to changes in room allocation or services. The cancellation or non-payment of any group member does not relieve the lead passenger from their financial obligations under this agreement.

Non-Refundable Payments and Waiver of Chargeback Rights

All payments made by the lead passenger are non-refundable, including any payments made on behalf of other group members. The lead passenger agrees that they are solely responsible for the entire group’s payment and that no refunds or chargebacks will be granted due to the actions or decisions of other group members. The lead passenger explicitly waives the right to dispute or chargeback any portion of the booking through their bank or credit card provider.

Legal Action for Payment Disputes

If the lead passenger fails to fulfill the payment obligations for the group, Travelodeal reserves the right to pursue legal action or employ a collections agency to recover any outstanding amounts. The lead passenger will be responsible for all costs incurred in the recovery process, including legal and collection fees.

Error and Omission

It is the responsibility of the customer to examine all itineraries, tickets and vouchers at the time of receipt. If there is an error or omission, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to immediately notify the provider of the problem. Failure to do so, will result in the provider charging a fee or refusing to modify documents. If errors and omissions occur, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and refund monies collected.

We both agree that English law (and no other) will apply to your contract and to any dispute, claim or other matter of any description which arises between us. We both also agree that any dispute, claim or other matter of any description (and whether or not involving any personal injury) which arises between us must be dealt with by the Courts of England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland only. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in London, United Kingdom, in all disputes arising out of or relating to this agreement.

You will be required to pay us a deposit in accordance with instructions we give you at the time of booking. FINAL PAYMENT IS DUE 80 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE unless otherwise specified. You will be advised of all deposit details, holiday costs and costs of any additional services in addition to any third-party supplier costs which are either payable in full and/or non-refundable and non-changeable prior to booking. The balance of the price of your travel arrangements must be paid in full no later than the due date shown on your confirmation invoice. However, with any element of your booking, a supplier may ask for full balance payment at an earlier time than Travelodeal’s balance due date (e.g. scheduled airline tickets) and, if this occurs, we will give you as much notice as possible and you will be advised of this possibility prior to booking. The additional amount paid will form part of your non- refundable deposit. If you would prefer, you can look at alternative arrangements rather than make an earlier payment (on the proviso that no cancellation charges would apply), but this could incur extra overall costs. If we do not receive any payment due on time ,we reserve the right to treat your booking  as cancelled by you in which case the cancellation charges as set out in below sections will apply.

In the event of a payment made by credit card, the cardholder acknowledges and agrees that, in the event of a cancellation, they are subject to the cancellation policies stipulated herein. The cardholder expressly waives the right to initiate a chargeback, except in cases of proven fraud. If the cardholder initiates a chargeback without merit, and the travelodeal incurs costs, the cardholder is responsible for reimbursing all associated costs, including legal fees, as allowed by the credit card issuer's chargeback rules and regulations.

You will be notified price of your chosen arrangements at the time of booking. The package price (may be termed as trip price or cost of holiday anywhere in the conditions), as indicated on your booking confirmation may include a flight as well as applicable airfare taxes, except for some destinations' departure tax. Other tour services and accommodations are included in your package price only if they are indicated on your itinerary. These package inclusions/rates are based on inclusions/prices at time of purchase and are subject to change without notice. You may incur additional expenses that are not included in the package price, including but not limited to resort fees, destination taxes and environmental fees. No promise of a discount or refund will be binding on us unless confirmed by us in writing.

WE  EXPRESSLY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO AMEND ADVERTISED PRICE AT ANY TIME PRIOR TO CONFIRMATION AND CORRECT ERRORS IN THE PRICES OF CONFIRMED HOLIDAYS.

Special Note: We will do our best to ensure that all pricing and other information are accurate. However, occasionally changes and errors do arise and we reserve the right to correct them in such circumstances. You must check the current price and all other information relating to the arrangements that you wish to book before your booking is confirmed.

A. Cancellation by you:

A Partial cancellation of booking is not allowed. If you want to cancel your booking after we have confirmed it, you must immediately advise us in writing. We require your authority in writing before we can make any change and if it is received outside our Customer Service operating hours, it will only be effective from the next working day.

Since we and travel providers incur costs in cancelling your travel arrangements, such as for the flights which are non-refundable in all cases, we will ask you to pay cancellation charges per person on the scale shown below. Cancellation charges are calculated on the basis of the total cost payable by the person(s) cancelling, excluding credit/charge cards and amendment charges.

In the event of a cancellation of a booking secured by a low deposit, we reserve the right to collect the balance of the full deposit amount. You may be able to make a claim under your travel insurance policy if your cancellation falls within the conditions of the policy. Claims must be made directly to the insurance company concerned.

Cancellation charges are as follows which will include amendment fees additionally.

  1. More than 80 days – Deposit only (Including Amendment Fees)
  2. Between 45 and 80 days – 50% of total cost of holiday + 120 USD as Amendment Fees
  3. Between 16 and 44 days - 75% of total cost of holiday +120 USD as Amendment fees
  4.  Less than 15 days 100% of total cost of holiday

Note: In some cases, the deposit may be a higher amount to secure your arrangements, this will be non-refundable, and the charges will be added to the cancellation charges above

The cancellation charge detailed is calculated on the basis of the total cost payable by the person(s) cancelling excluding insurance premiums and amendment charges which are not refundable in the event of the person(s) to whom they apply cancelling.

If the reason for your cancellation is covered under the terms of your insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim these charges. We will deduct the cancellation charge(s) from any monies you have already paid to us.

 B. Changes by you:

Should you wish to make any changes to your confirmed holiday, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible. Whilst we will endeavor to assist, we cannot guarantee we will be able to meet any such requests.  A change of holiday dates will normally be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and rebooking in which case cancellation charges will apply. Changes may result in the recalculation of the holiday price where, for example, the basis on which the price of the original holiday was calculated has changed.

In the event we can meet your requested change, You will have to pay an administration charge of $70.00 per person per change, plus any further costs we incur in making this alteration, together with all costs or charges imposed by any suppliers. You should be aware that these costs generally increase significantly the closer to the departure date that changes are made, and you should contact us as soon as possible. Please note that most airlines do not permit name changes for any reason after confirmation. If you wish to make a name change, this will be treated as a cancellation and re-booking. You will have to forfeit the amount you have already paid for your flight and pay the full, current cost of the flight again. Your ability to rebook will be subject to a seat being available for a new reservation. Where we and the travel supplier are unable to assist with making a requested change, and you do not wish to proceed with the original booking we will treat this as a cancellation by you.

Note: Certain arrangements in particular sums paid for flights, may not be amended after they have been confirmed and any alteration or cancellation could incur a charge of up to 100% of that part of the arrangements in addition to the charges above.

Cancellation by Travelodeal:

Travelodeal reserves the right to make adjustments to your trip when necessary. This includes:
Rescheduling the departure or return date.
Cancelling or altering parts of the itinerary, including planned routes and activities.
Cancelling the holiday if the required minimum number of travelers is not met.
If any of these changes, cancellations, or delays occur, you agree that no cash refund (full or partial) will be provided, and Travelodeal will not be liable for any compensation related to losses, damages, or additional expenses incurred.

Changes by Travelodeal:

Given the advance planning required for your arrangements, there may be occasions when we need to make adjustments or cancellations. Most alterations are minor, and while we will strive to inform you as promptly as possible before your departure, our liability for such changes is limited.

Examples of minor changes prior to departure include:

A modification of your itinerary duration by twelve hours or less.
Switching accommodations or cruise ships to alternatives of equivalent quality or rating.
Minor changes do not entitle customers to compensation.

In rare instances, significant changes may be necessary. Examples of major changes before departure include:

Relocating accommodations or cruise ships for all or a substantial portion of your holiday.
Downgrading to accommodations or cruise ships of a lower standard or rating for part or all of your stay.
Extending or shortening your itinerary by more than twelve hours.
Removing one or more destinations from your itinerary entirely.
If a major change or cancellation is required, we will notify you as soon as possible and, if time permits before departure, offer you the following options:
1.    Accept the revised arrangements.
2.    Receive a refund of all payments made in the form of Credit Note.
3.    Opt for alternative arrangements of similar quality (we will issue a refund for any price difference if the alternative is of lesser value, or you will cover additional costs if the alternative is more expensive).

Please inform us of your decision within 48 hours of receiving our notification. Failure to respond within this timeframe will be considered acceptance of the modified or alternative arrangements.
Compensation will not be provided, and the options above will not apply in the following cases:
•    A minor change is made.
•    Cancellation results from your failure to adhere to payment terms.
•    Making modifications to non-essential elements of the holiday.
•    Changes or cancellations occur due to alterations you requested to the confirmed booking.

If a substantial part of your arrangements cannot be fulfilled after departure, we will arrange alternatives or, if that is not feasible or you justifiably reject them, provide suitable transport back to your departure point or another agreed location. For package arrangements, we may offer reasonable compensation unless changes or cancellations are due to force majeure (see Force Majeure Clause ).

Our liability for changes and cancellations is limited to the terms stated above, and we regret that we cannot cover additional expenses or losses you may incur as a result.
