Booked this for a close hotel to stay in after I watched a show at the Apollo. Upon arrival at the hotel, the receptionist greeted my friend and I with a smile and was polite and friendly to us. We made our way to our room and upon entering, IBooked this for a close hotel to stay in after I watched a show at the Apollo. Upon arrival at the hotel, the receptionist greeted my friend and I with a smile and was polite and friendly to us. We made our way to our room and upon entering, I was surprised at the facilities and cleanliness! There was a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, a phone to call reception (some hotels these days lack this!) and Dove toiletries. The bathroom was bright, modern and exceptionally clean. The bedding was soft, pristine condition and very comfy. The towels were really fluffy and soft and the room was spotlessly clean everywhere else. There was a TV in the room with full free view channels too which was a nice addition.
Breakfast in the morning had enough choice for everybody whether you wanted a healthier option or cooked options, plenty of options.
Again, upon checking out there was a different receptionist but he was also very friendly and polite and couldn’t do enough for us.
Overall an excellent stay here, would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to book holiday inn again!

Everything was fantastic experience for us, well worth the money we paid. Room is good decent size and clean, staffs are very helpful. Nice hotel. Good location not far from the tube station. Parking was £25 over night. Rooms were clean a comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t very nice. Cheap ingredients like powdered egg and cheap bacon. A convenient location in Hammersmith, close to some great bars and restaurants. The hotel is in good condition and the staff were generally welcoming. Room was good for a family of 4 (if a little cosy). They did a good job of proactively recognising IHG status.

Breakfast was a little sad and breakfast finishes quite early (9:30am during the week) which led to lots of people trying to get food while the staff were dutifully throwing food in the bin.

Great place to stay for a short break

Spent a weekend in Paris so just needed a place to crash each night, this was perfect. Quiet, clean and friendly. Great location to start walking from, we walked to Bercy and from there all the way to the Eiffel Tower. We arrived at midnight and received a very warm welcome. The bedroom was super clean and functional (we also found a hair dryer in the closet, which was so useful) and the staff was amazing, everyone has been very kind and helpful (a member of the staff helped me getWe arrived at midnight and received a very warm welcome. The bedroom was super clean and functional (we also found a hair dryer in the closet, which was so useful) and the staff was amazing, everyone has been very kind and helpful (a member of the staff helped me get back my wallet that I lost in a bistrot in a different arrondissement). We’ll definitely choose this hotel again when we’ll be back in Paris!

Excellent staff, Kiran at the reception desk was super! Room are clean and spacious and pillows and bed sheet are comfortable.

We stayed here for one night. It is not near any other pubs or restaurants (we knew that when booking) so we had dinner in the Hotel restaurant. I had the pasta carbonara while my wife had the Slow roasted beef. OMG, fantastic food, every bite was a treat. VeryWe stayed here for one night. The room itself was big albeit a bit warm but ok if you kick off the quilt. Will be back, thanks again. p.s. we had to pay a holding deposit on the room of €50 which I put on the credit card. On checkout we found out that this €50 will be held for a few days. Had we known that I would have given €50 cash and got that back on checkout. But that minor blip would not put us off staying there again.

This Hotel is very Nice. The Front desk very helpful, being 1/2 hour away for Dublin city center. The room with King bed is comfortable. Pillows are a little flat. You would not get out of the Shower if the water was hotter. Now for the WILLOW Bar & Restaurant.This Hotel is very Nice. The Front desk very helpful, being 1/2 hour away for Dublin city center. I Highly recommend coming here for fine dining at moderate prices.

Our return visit to this lovely hotel did not disappoint! We received a very warm welcome return from the Receptionist on arrival. We arrived around 3.30 pm and we were delighted to hear that our room was ready for us. We arrived around 3.30 pm and we were delighted to hear that our room was ready for us. Within ten minutes we received a phone call from reception asking if everything was good with our room and if we were happy with it. The room was spotlessly clean and smelled so fresh we were well pleased. The bed was very comfortable and we both had a great nights sleep. The bedroom was also very quiet which was brilliant.
The wheelchair accessible bathroom was excellent with suitable handrails around the toilet and shower area. The floor was non slip too. The shower itself was excellent very easy to use and to control the temperature. Great water pressure also if you needed it. We choose to eat in the bar and the menu was very good with good variety of food choices. All of the staff we encountered during our stay were very friendly courteous and efficient. The Brehon is an excellent choice of hotel if you are attending a show in the nearby INEC at the Gleneagle.
Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of food choices both hot and cold everything was really fresh.

Stayed here for 2 nights in August, pleasantly surprised to get an upgrade to a fabulous suite! The hotel is located on the edge of Killarney, with a 2 euro shuttle bus from the INEC next door to the town centre. The hotel is located on the edge of Killarney, with a 2 euro shuttle bus from the INEC next door to the town centre. From the moment we checked in, we experienced a luxury stay, with great facilities and the spa was excellent. We dined in the Brehon bar one evening, friendly service with quality food on offer. Staff were extremely friendly and we really enjoyed our mini-break in Killarney.

The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to be accommodating. We had a king sized bed, but my husband was having trouble sleeping and we asked if we could possibly add a rollaway. Not only did they provide us with one, they made it up so nicely and it was such a nice thing to come back to after a long day of exploring the Ring of Kerry. The hotel breakfast was great and room service was so helpful. Shout out to the sticky pudding dessert and, of course, the Guinness.

Wonderful rooms and staff. Had a problem with our room only one bed instead of two. The issue was fixed so quickly it really wasn’t an issue. All staff were so friendly and helpful. A really first class stay. Room was fresh, very comfortable and well seviced. Food is top class. Staff are very friendly, attentive and very courteous.
