Decent budget hotel in a central area. Welcoming & helpful staff. Room bright & spacious enough and very clean. Rituals toiletries which added a nice touch. Tea making facilities in room. Stayed at this hotel last week and had a lovely experience. It was clean, the staff friendly and helpful, and the location was within walking distance of the old town. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Casual Inca will make your Porto stay memorable.

Recently renovated or very well kept, either way, this was like a home away from home. A bit of advice about the TV if you're English speaking only there's an excellent real crimes channel at 128, my wife went through them until she found one.

The hotel staff are amicable and helpful, the mini gym was OK for a workout, and the hotel is very central with cafes and mini markets close by. We didn't have breakfast as we only eat fruit in the mornings.
A word of advice is if you encounter noisy neighbours at night call 9 and reception will the care of it and that would be better than walking out in pyjamas as I did :)

The rooms we're very spacious and comfortable. I made the mistake of forgetting my phone at the hotel and I was on the way to the airport. Overall a really lovely hotel. The breakfast is great with a large selection, the staff are attentive and kind, everything is clean, and we love the efforts for sustainability. Two drawbacks during our stay: the wifi and the room cards. We had numerous troubles using their (very stylish) wooden roomOverall a really lovely hotel. If any Neya corporate employees are reading this, it was a good decision for brand coherence, but practically, it's not worth it. Additionally, the wifi was unreliable which would have been really inconvenient if we had to work during this trip. For fellow tourists, this quarter of Lisbon is really lovely and local, however, it is a bit far from the points of interest of the city.

The hotel is clean, very neat and tidy, staff very helpful and kind. You can smell elegant fragrance in the hotel. Location is good but not quite what i needed. Superior Suite room was good and bright corner room. Hotel overall is decent in comparison to other overpriced hotels in the city. Mattress comfortable and bed linen above expectations for softness ! Standard Pillows horribly inadequate (hard and puffy) but amLocation is good but not quite what i needed. Well positioned hotel walking distance from the centre. Comfortable and clean rooms, although the bed was a bit firm for my liking. No evening dinner but you can get bar snacks.
Breakfast was great and plenty of choice.

The refrigerator can be updated as not cool enough and a bit dirty inside. We also recommend is water dispenser could be provided at lobby to encourage tourists bringing their own water when going out, that would even moreStaff is friendly, good service.

Fantastic hotel. Close to port
Great breakfast (hot, cold, fruit juices, breads, pastries, fresh fruit, cereals). Eggs cooked how you want.
Rooms fabulous , ours had bath, shower, bidet, toilet.

Basically I liked the hotel. The interieur is not the newest but okay. Especially the breakfast was good. I had some ants in my room but it did not bother me much. The garden setting is nice. Some where friendly, some where okay and some where not helpful at all. What really pissed me off at the end of the stay was the following incident: The room cleaning had already been done. Roughly 45 minutes after that I was in my room, totally naked and preparing for the rest of the day. All lighting in my room was on when the cleaning staff opened the door. Despite me shouting (!) to stay out and despite the fact that you could see and hear that the guest was present, cleaning staff entered the room invading my privacy. I consider this as an absolute no-go. It’s a basic rule in any hotel on this planet that hotel staff does not enter the room if the guest is present. And it does not matter which language you hear or understand.

Appalling- never again
Water leaking from sink - no repair for 2 days
Unhelpful rude staff reluctant to replenish coffee sachets, only one complementary bottle of water in three days stay

Poor breakfast - lack of selection . Out door seating area plagued by pigeons and aggressive seagulls - some guests insist on feeding them making them even more persistent. …. My advice - go next door to the well maintained hotels with staff who have been trained in customer service …..

Beautiful setting and very conveniently close to the sea. Food was very appropriate and we enjoyed our stay. If anything I'd suggest to improve was lack of ambience. I would grade this more as a European 3* but it still offered good value considering it's location and standard of accommodation. We had to move rooms after a few days as our original room (502) faced some outlets that omitted a nasty smell of an evening which meant we could not sit out on the balcony - reception staff speak great English and thankfully managed to swap to new room. The pools (indoor and outdoor), steam room and sauna were great but jacuzzi needs servicing as only a couple of jets actually work and was very murky. Spa treatments very reasonable and very good.
(Read a review saying you need to bring your own towels to use pools - this is not true, you can obtain pool towels from reception for EUR10 deposit.)
Didn't use restaurant but bar staff were great and food was good (chips are crisps, not fries though!)
Kitchenette is exactly that, two hobs, combi microwave and kettle - cooking a family meal for 5 was a challenge but doable with a camping style outlook!
All in all a great budget friendly base for exploring the island or taking boat trips and being able to semi self cater.

We chose Hotel Antillia for it's location and mostly because of the parking on site, and we were very well surprised and satisfied with our stay. The hotel is very spacious, the room was big and also the bathroom, plenty of space! The staff was always very nice to us, and went out of their way to give us tips and try to help us with our trip plans.
The breakfast was varied and very tasty. There was a pool, that we did not have time to use, and also a spa on site. The fact that we always managed to park our rental car on site in the hotel was a big plus. Ponta Delgada's streets are very narrow and parking can be a hassle, so we were always reassured about the rental parked in the garage. And at no extra cost!
The city center can be reached by a 10 minute walk, as well as the sea front. Tha area was very quiet, we slept very well. Will stay again when we return!

The bed is firm, when you walk in you notice a small pillow positioned on the bed, the normal pillows are located in the closet. The pillows are not great quality.

You can pay for breakfast in their dining area but it was below average quality in our opinion, the mini apartment, and nearby shops made making breakfast easy.
If you plan to swim at their pool you need to bring your own towel, we found this very strange. You need to bring a towel with you on this trip anyway if you plan to go to the hot springs/beach.
The apartment had all of what we needed to make a nice breakfast.
The AC worked well but oddly. One degree celsius difference was 10 degrees f different.
Good location, 5 minute walk to the fruit/veg market.
There is free parking but it is tight maneuvering in and out of the garage.

My husband and I spent a week here at the end of May.
The hotel is set back behind a row of houses and accessed by a narrow alley.
The reception staff gave us a very friendly welcome and always spoke.
We had a spacious one bed apartment with a small kitchenette.

The kitchenette had sufficient utensils to cook breakfast or a light lunch, but unfortunately no fish slice, so difficult to fry eggs !
The bed was comfy, the curtains kept the light out, the air-con worked well.
We did not use the pool, possibly a bit chilly.
We also did not use the restaurant, but did use the bar. We thought it was more expensive than local bars, but then aren't most hotels like this.
Hotel is nicely situated, 10 mins to city centre, 5 mins to harbour restaurants.
Ask for a higher floor to get a lovely view out over the sea.
Only downside was the changeable weather, don't leave home without a raincoat !!
Would definitely recommend.

The hotel is situated three streets back from the port of Ponta Delgado. We had a one bed apartment. The view was mainly of a wall in small rectangular courtyard. No oven but a microwave. There was crockery for four. It was twin beds not a double as needed. The sofa was not that comfortable and had no scatter cushions.
The nice bathroom has a bath with a shower.
Reception was well manned. The receptionists being pleasant at all times.
There is an outside and large heated indoor pool. Both clean and usable.
There is limited car parking space.
Overall we had a pleasant stay. Handy as a base for the island.
