We had an amazing stay and the staff was super friendly! I had a surprise birthday celebration for my wife and Karsana who is a staff member did an amazing job coordinating the surprise and making it a memorable moment! The hotel is clean, the view is great and the service is great, please note that they do not have a water spray in the room bathroom.

Great view on the jungle. Very unique experience. We picked the villa with a jacuzzi inside and took a beautiful hot flowery bath. The jungle is mesmerizing to watch during the day. Overall could not fault our stay. Room spacious, very clean, great amenities, bed very comfortable.
Hotel staff are extremely friendly, polite and very helpful.
Great breakfast buffet.

Had dinner here on a Saturday night.....went in from Seminyak and wasn't dissapointed. If you have eaten at a hard rock Cafe, you know the food...classic and tasty. The Staff as soon as you walk in are smiling, friendly and gracious. Nito was our server and the guys is awesome,Had dinner here on a Saturday night.....went in from Seminyak and wasn't dissapointed. If you have eaten at a hard rock Cafe, you know the food...classic and tasty. The Staff as soon as you walk in are smiling, friendly and gracious. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was great and my husband appreciated his birthday serenade and cake on our last morning! Nothing was too much trouble for the restaurant staff and the pool activities, pool table and basketball ring were a hit with the kids. The foam party was a lotThoroughly enjoyed our stay. Excellent location with the beach, Carla spa, shops and restaurants etc all a very short walk.

Stayed 4 nights. Allowed early check in and late check out.
Breakfast great. Plenty of good eating places outside. Plenty of shops to explore.
Only problem is that it was too hot but no fault of the hotel.
Swimming pool is simply great !!!

Very nice hotel, with clean rooms which get cleaned every day and very close to a Metro station. I arrived with a group of 26 people and loved it. I have travelled 4 times to Istanbul and this is the best hotel I have stayed at. I am really grateful for this hotel. We had a 30-hour layover in Singapore with our two young children travelling between London and Auckland. We usually travel straight through or stay in the airport transit hotel at Changi but this time we decided to see some of Singapore and visit the giant pandas at Mandai, so bookedWe had a 30-hour layover in Singapore with our two young children travelling between London and Auckland. We usually travel straight through or stay in the airport transit hotel at Changi but this time we decided to see some of Singapore and visit the giant pandas at Mandai, so booked this hotel for the night. We were so impressed. Hotel Mi Rochor exceeded our expectations. The staff were helpful and friendly. The price seemed very reasonable compared to other similar hotels. A swimming pool is a must for our kids, and this one was stunning. Beautiful design, large, immaculately clean and not at all crowded. Perfect and we managed to swim twice during our short stay. But what really impressed was how well appointed the room was despite its bijou size. Plenty of storage and hanging space, a full length mirror and floor to ceiling window with privacy and black out blinds helped make the space feel larger than it was. Also we had four suitcases and car seat with us and we were able to store these under the bed.
The breakfast room was as a bit small for the size of the hotel and the food was basic but we really did enjoy our time so much we are planning to make this hotel a regular fixture of our long-haul trips. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable. Also thank you for recommending Albert St strip of restaurants for our evening meal. The kids loved the fried rice at Wing Seong Fatty’s.

This hotel is fine for a one night stay. The staff are friendly and the hotel spotless. The room was very small ( not big enough for two bedside tables) and the bathroom was really a cubicle. We only stayed here for 1 night but our stay was pleasant. Location is good to the night market where there was lots of different options to chose from for dinner. Price is reasonable. It’s a very nice hotel with good location . The staffs are very nice . Me and my wife stayed for 4 days and we got to meet a very pleasant employee from Indonesia by the name “ Kness “ at the Lounge on the 2 fl .It’s a very nice hotel with good location . Will be back for sure for a 3rd time. Amazing hotel. Clean and nice staff. Only one issue now the bar is only accessible for certain people. Everything about this hotel was top notch. The location was right next to Imbi monorail station and is right across from one of the biggest malls in the world. One member of staff who really stood out to us was the Level Lounge Manager who was the most genuine caring man and is a credit to the hotel. The tall concierge was also very knowledgeable when asked anything. We're in Phuket now and missing KL already.

The room was clean, bed and pillows very comfortable, and I have never experienced hospitality anywhere near as good. The staff both at The Level and also downstairs in the lobby and concierge were always very friendly, happy, and welcoming when they saw us. The staff we saw most often were Mr Arif, Mr Nabil, and Mr Agilan and they always greeted and treated us with enthusiasm.
The hotel is conveniently located near a LRT station out the front, with taxis across the road at the Berjaya Times Square Shopping Mall. Grabs and taxis can collect you from the front door of the hotel also. Hotel is close to multiple restaurants and inexpensive food outlets. Pavilion Shopping Mall is a short walk away.
I’m planning another trip to Kuala Lumpur for next year, and I’ll definitely be looking at staying at The Melia again (the only reason I wouldn’t stay there is if it’s not available).
