Nice jungle resort theme. The villa was spacious and fully made of wood. Great views of the jungle valley. The staff is good at restaurants and Jeetender, Chef from India makes great dishes. We had the most amazing time here! The resort is beautiful and the view from the restaurant is gorgeous! the staff was so kind and I will miss their smiling faces every day! We spent 12 nights here before heading into the more tranquil setting of the rice paddies near Ubud.

Great hotel, although as other reviews have mentioned, very family orientated! Perfect for us with our 5 and 8 year old boys though, they had a fabulous time. The pool staff supply kids' life vests upon request free of charge for extra peace of mind, and have plenty of activities going on for them.
Rock Royalty is definitely worth it, the à la carte breakfast is amazing and cocktail hour by the chill out pool was something all of us looked forward to on a daily basis. Staff always took my youngest's nut allergy very seriously and made him separate food, much to his delight.
Above all, the team at Hard Rock are really what make the difference here. From the gardeners, maintenance team, housekeeping through to Front of house and F&B, every single person we crossed paths with was friendly, courteous and couldn't do enough for you- happy staff is also testament to great training and management !
Kuta itself is crazy busy with traffic but has a plethora of delicious local restaurants, and we found plenty to do...from baby turtle release at the nearby turtle rescue centre, to surfing lessons with the sea lifeguards!

We stayed in the Luxury Kids Suite for 3 nights. Perfect for a chillax stay if you intend to stay in the hotel for the entire stay. With all the facilities, you literally do not need to go out.

Special kudos to Le Anne who attended to us when we're checking in on the first day, and even remembered us and came to greet and bade us goodbye on our last day with Hard Rock Bali. Thank you very much for making us feel welcomed and comfortable during the stay.

Friendly wonderful staff, lovely hotel, maintained very well. Clean lovely room. We had a premium double queen room. Kids club was amazing. We got the Rock The House family package which was so generous & worth it. Evening meals at Starz Diner were tasty. Pizza was delicious too. The hotel staff couldn’t be more accommodating, welcoming and friendly. It just felt as if there wasn’t anything that was too much to ask for.
This combined with a perfect location to explore Hanoi it was great!

Definitely one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Hotel location was good too - within walking distance of attractions like the Old Quarters, Hoan Kiem Lake, Hoa Lo Prison Museum and St Joseph Cathedral. Lots of food options around the hotel too. We were put up here for 2 nights as our flight was canceled.
Breakfast was good. Lots of choice.
Lunch was a set 3 course menu both starter and main came out together which I know happens a lot but would have thought a 5* hotel would not do

nice 4 or 5 * hotel, the concierge/staff are very nice and polite. hotel room is comfortable. - we booked a deluxe twin. hotel is very convenient to get around shopping malls, cafes and eating places/restaurant. there is wholesale /shopping mall next to hotel as well which is convenient.nice 4 or 5 * hotel, the concierge/staff are very nice and polite. hotel room is comfortable. - we booked a deluxe twin. hotel is very convenient to get around shopping malls, cafes and eating places/restaurant. there is wholesale /shopping mall next to hotel as well which is convenient. and it's so convenient to grab /grabfood to this hotel too if you need a late supper. housekeeping - even as when we indicate do not disturb , housekeeping is also very nice to call and check with us as well for a convenient time to clean the room. overall - a good place to stay. will book this again in next travel.

We stayed at the Windsor for 14 nights, I have to say it was the best hotel have ever stayed at, everyone who worked there was kind, helpful and happy.
The place was elegant and wonderful, I recommend anyone to stay here you will truly love the experience.

Great hotel , clean tidy & staff very very helpful.Arrived early evening after a 13 hour flight and used the restaurant, food was good and reasonable priced.
One afternoon used the roof pool which was very relaxing only down side was the bar was shut.

Did a two-week stay at Windsor Plaza spread across two different stints. It might be a five-star hotel by Vietnamese standards, but I'd consider it a four-star hotel by western standards. The physical hotel/building is just okay, but service is quiet good and I would stay at the Windsor Plaza again the next time I visit Ho Chi Minh City.
Positives:
- really solid customer service from the concierge and all staff
- spacious rooms
- quiet...minimal sound leakage from the hallway or neighboring rooms
- the air conditioning is strong
- comfortable beds (relative to my hardness preference)
- public areas are well-maintained and smell nice
Negatives:
- the rooms are clean (e.g. bedding), but can be hit or miss. The room on my first stint had a toilet, tub, and sink that wouldn't flush or drain properly. The room on my second stint had no such issues, but the entrance door couldn't be fully opened without hitting the armoire.
- the rooms are a little aged in appearance and due for a renovation soon
Neutral:
- the location is so-so. It was well-located for my purposes, but it is relatively far from District 1 and most tourist activities that people do in HCMC. However, there is a free shuttle and using Grab is so inexpensive that location shouldn't be an issue for most travelers at any time of the day
