Stayed here for 3 nights and really impressed. Really comfortable (and big) bed, lovely large room, great shower and bathroom, and very effective AC. A nice, clean hotell, at a walking distance from the Sagrada Familia and public transport.
A great breakfast, with a good selection of fresh fruit and paistries. Complementary candies and water at the reception.

Very nice location. Excellent service. Very good breakfast and gym. It is very convenient for staying with kids in Barcelona. Rooms are clean and spacious. This was absolutely the best hotel I have ever stayed at. They were so accommodating and friendly. I want to give a special shoutout to Graciela. Talk about hospitality.

My husband was having an issue with his computer and she told him to bring it down and with her expertise, it was working in no time.
One of my friends was celebrating a birthday and they noticed it from her paperwork and they wrote her a lovely note and gave her a box of cookies. My husband was exploring the area and got lost and he called up the hotel and she was able to get him back to the hotel.
We did not have tours booked and she did her best to get us to see everything that we needed to see. Graciela was so gracious. She really made our trip.
If I were going to
Barcelona, this is the only place that I would stay.

Pretty nice hotel with large rooms and spacious bathrooms. We had a good stay. One comment is that they do not let you take hotel towels to the beach but we did not find that to be a problem. Well designed bedroom, clean and easy to use. Bathroom excellent with really good craftsman finish. Bed very large and comfortable but mattress averagely firm. No noise heard throughout the night from external or internal sources. All staff very pleasant. Lifts functional although small. Arrived late and couldn’t get the safe or air conditioning to work but the reception staff (Monday evening, dark haired young woman who spoke excellent English)couldn’t do enough to help and got it all sorted out for us. In fact all the staff go out of their way to help and are a credit to the hotel. The room was clean, bathroom really nice and the restaurant and bar very good. Breakfast was excellent. It is a city hotel and the views aren’t great as directly facing the street, but this meant it was just short walk to the metro or a short taxi ride. If you want a good base to explore Valencia this is it.

Nice hotel, but be warned location is a bit of schlep from the historical centre, clean, helpful staff. Decent breakfast, loads of good restaurants in walking distance.

Fifth hotel on our grand hotel of Spain, very well located in a semi-residential neighborhood about 1.5 miles from the city center. Room was a good size, comfortable beds, good breakfast room with good food offerings. Late booking for unforeseen trip to Madrid and I was pleasantly surprised. The location worked out perfectly, the rooms were agreeable experience and, importantly well cared for and replenished daily. I liked the concept of the hotel and rooms. The beds were nice and rooms comfortable - all with a specific film-themed deco.
The downsides I found were:
- the rooms were not very sound proof and you could also hear this constant humming sound from the electric board ;

- there were a few hairs here and there in the bathroom and when I’d get rid of them, next cleaning round there were some more;
- breakfast is average
- there is a strong smell of toilet in the staircase and you can smell they tried to cover it up (which is fully understandable)
Other than that staff was nice, lunch was vey cheap and decent and the deco fairly cool

I can’t fault this hotel other than that, the staff can’t do enough for you and always happy to help.

I spent 2 nights in this hotel during a business trip to Madrid. While the hotel may be to someone's liking, I thought it was at best average. I stayed in rom 205. Owing to this, i didn't even bother having breakfast in the hotel. The hotel has potential and is in a good location but rooms need upgrading (at least the one I was in)

This is an exceptional hotel with great style.
It is situated in a lovely neighbourhood with local buses taking you directly into the centre in about 5/6 minutes.
The staff are so friendly and the bedrooms are all themed - predominantly white with bold colours.

Overall a really lovely hotel. The breakfast is great with a large selection, the staff are attentive and kind, everything is clean, and we love the efforts for sustainability. Two drawbacks during our stay: the wifi and the room cards. We had numerous troubles using their (very stylish) wooden roomOverall a really lovely hotel. If any Neya corporate employees are reading this, it was a good decision for brand coherence, but practically, it's not worth it. Additionally, the wifi was unreliable which would have been really inconvenient if we had to work during this trip. For fellow tourists, this quarter of Lisbon is really lovely and local, however, it is a bit far from the points of interest of the city.

The problem is a bit old-fashion interior ( dark, gloomy and heavy) and standard rooms overlooking ugly inner/backyard. Location is good but not quite what i needed. Superior Suite room was good and bright corner room. Hotel overall is decent in comparison to other overpriced hotels in the city. Mattress comfortable and bed linen above expectations for softness ! Standard Pillows horribly inadequate (hard and puffy) but amLocation is good but not quite what i needed. Garage in hotel tower is tricky (very narrow). Staff were generally courteous.

The refrigerator can be updated as not cool enough and a bit dirty inside. We also recommend is water dispenser could be provided at lobby to encourage tourists bringing their own water when going out, that would even moreStaff is friendly, good service.

Decent budget hotel in a central area. Welcoming & helpful staff. Room bright & spacious enough and very clean. Rituals toiletries which added a nice touch. Tea making facilities in room. Stayed at this hotel last week and had a lovely experience. It was clean, the staff friendly and helpful, and the location was within walking distance of the old town. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Casual Inca will make your Porto stay memorable.

Recently renovated or very well kept, either way, this was like a home away from home. A bit of advice about the TV if you're English speaking only there's an excellent real crimes channel at 128, my wife went through them until she found one.

The hotel staff are amicable and helpful, the mini gym was OK for a workout, and the hotel is very central with cafes and mini markets close by. We didn't have breakfast as we only eat fruit in the mornings.
A word of advice is if you encounter noisy neighbours at night call 9 and reception will the care of it and that would be better than walking out in pyjamas as I did :)

The rooms we're very spacious and comfortable. I made the mistake of forgetting my phone at the hotel and I was on the way to the airport.
