Stayed here for 3 nights and really impressed. Really comfortable (and big) bed, lovely large room, great shower and bathroom, and very effective AC. A nice, clean hotell, at a walking distance from the Sagrada Familia and public transport.
A great breakfast, with a good selection of fresh fruit and paistries. Complementary candies and water at the reception.

Very nice location. Excellent service. Very good breakfast and gym. It is very convenient for staying with kids in Barcelona. Rooms are clean and spacious. The room is comfortable. They clean rooms everyday. The breakfast is ok, you can choose many option, so you can find what you want.
Recepcionists are kind and helpful.

Pretty nice hotel with large rooms and spacious bathrooms. We had a good stay. One comment is that they do not let you take hotel towels to the beach but we did not find that to be a problem. Well designed bedroom, clean and easy to use. Bathroom excellent with really good craftsman finish. Bed very large and comfortable but mattress averagely firm. No noise heard throughout the night from external or internal sources. All staff very pleasant. Lifts functional although small. Excellent hotel made better by excellent staff

Arrived late and couldn’t get the safe or air conditioning to work but the reception staff (Monday evening, dark haired young woman who spoke excellent English)couldn’t do enough to help and got it all sorted out for us. In fact all the staff go out of their way to help and are a credit to the hotel. The room was clean, bathroom really nice and the restaurant and bar very good. Breakfast was excellent. It is a city hotel and the views aren’t great as directly facing the street, but this meant it was just short walk to the metro or a short taxi ride. If you want a good base to explore Valencia this is it.

Nice hotel, but be warned location is a bit of schlep from the historical centre, clean, helpful staff. Decent breakfast, loads of good restaurants in walking distance.

Late booking for unforeseen trip to Madrid and I was pleasantly surprised. The location worked out perfectly, the rooms were agreeable experience and, importantly well cared for and replenished daily. The breakfast room and house keeping staff were attentive... but I have to single out Sara at the front desk,Late booking for unforeseen trip to Madrid and I was pleasantly surprised. I liked the concept of the hotel and rooms. The beds were nice and rooms comfortable - all with a specific film-themed deco.
The downsides I found were:
- the rooms were not very sound proof and you could also hear this constant humming sound from the electric board ;

- there were a few hairs here and there in the bathroom and when I’d get rid of them, next cleaning round there were some more;
- breakfast is average
- there is a strong smell of toilet in the staircase and you can smell they tried to cover it up (which is fully understandable)
Other than that staff was nice, lunch was vey cheap and decent and the deco fairly cool

I can’t fault this hotel other than that, the staff can’t do enough for you and always happy to help.

I spent 2 nights in this hotel during a business trip to Madrid. While the hotel may be to someone's liking, I thought it was at best average. I stayed in rom 205. Owing to this, i didn't even bother having breakfast in the hotel. The hotel has potential and is in a good location but rooms need upgrading (at least the one I was in)

This is an exceptional hotel with great style.
It is situated in a lovely neighbourhood with local buses taking you directly into the centre in about 5/6 minutes.
The staff are so friendly and the bedrooms are all themed - predominantly white with bold colours.

There is a great bar and breakfast is available for an extra charge.
Highly recommended. We have already booked to return here later in the year.

Clean, comfortable nice sized room. The bed and pillows were excellent.

Overall a really lovely hotel. The breakfast is great with a large selection, the staff are attentive and kind, everything is clean, and we love the efforts for sustainability. If any Neya corporate employees are reading this, it was a good decision for brand coherence, but practically, it's not worth it. Additionally, the wifi was unreliable which would have been really inconvenient if we had to work during this trip. For fellow tourists, this quarter of Lisbon is really lovely and local, however, it is a bit far from the points of interest of the city.

The hotel is clean, very neat and tidy, staff very helpful and kind. You can smell elegant fragrance in the hotel. The problem is a bit old-fashion interior ( dark, gloomy and heavy) and standard rooms overlooking ugly inner/backyard. Location is good but not quite what i needed. Superior Suite room was good and bright corner room. Hotel overall is decent in comparison to other overpriced hotels in the city. Mattress comfortable and bed linen above expectations for softness ! Standard Pillows horribly inadequate (hard and puffy) but amLocation is good but not quite what i needed. Garage in hotel tower is tricky (very narrow). Staff were generally courteous.

Very helpful staff, especially Jorges who gave us loads of great activity ideas about the city and was very friendly! Room.was very spacious, outr teen son had an adjoining room which he liked. Very comfy beds, great shower and shower products, nice fluffy towels! Breakfast was good. We stayed at this hotel for one week. It is exceptionally well located.
What really made this stay was Jorge who is front of house and the barman. He is a gentleman, extremely helpful and made us feel at home. He was there to help and to chat toWe stayed at this hotel for one week. It is exceptionally well located.
What really made this stay was Jorge who is front of house and the barman. He is a gentleman, extremely helpful and made us feel at home. He was there to help and to chat to us which we loved, adding so much to our stay. We always enjoyed a drink at the bar after dinner and a conversation with Jorge.
All of the staff were very professional.
The only reason I didn’t give this hotel 5/5 was because I would have enjoyed a balcony but unfortunately by the time we booked they were all taken. However, there was so much to do once we stepped outside that on our return we were very happy to step indoors and take a rest.
We were on the 6th floor which was nice.
The breakfast was perfect for us.
Everything you’d wish to see is within walking distance. Lots of restaurants and cafes a few steps away. Just a couple of doors down there is a hair salon where I had a perfect blow dry for just 10 euro.
We would certainly be very happy to stay here again when we return to Porto.

Stayed at this hotel last week and had a lovely experience. It was clean, the staff friendly and helpful, and the location was within walking distance of the old town. Would definitely recommend staying here.
