A Great Priced Hotel in Vienna.

We stayed for 5 nights in late Sept and October 2024. The hotel is very close to the main train station. It is a safe area. Our room was freshly decorated and appeared new. The separate bathroom was small but perfectly situated with a separate toilet room. The shower was excellent with good water pressure. The price of our stay was excellent for Vienna at a cost of € 585.90 for 5 nights for 2 people. We also had a great view from our window from a high floor.
The free Wi-Fi was unsecured! The station is a great place to eat out.

You couldn’t really get closer to the central station than this hotel. It’s a 2 minute walk. Rooms ok. BOILING hot over night. Breakfast was ok. Staff very unhelpful and frankly rude! We stayed in this hotel based on our previous wonderful experience with a Leonardo Hotel in Barcelona. Our stay at this Vienna location was adequate overall, but there were some issues. First, it was early September and still quite warm, but the hotel had already turned off the air conditioning,We stayed in this hotel based on our previous wonderful experience with a Leonardo Hotel in Barcelona. Our stay at this Vienna location was adequate overall, but there were some issues. First, it was early September and still quite warm, but the hotel had already turned off the air conditioning, which made sleeping quite uncomfortable (actually impossible the first night - didn’t sleep a wink). The next day they had us sign a waiver form to allow the window to be opened more fully, which helped somewhat but the room remained quite warm until the last evening when the temperatures finally dropped a little outside. The second issue was the Wi-Fi, which was poor at best, disconnecting completely every few minutes even though the signal strength was adequate. The Wi-Fi was functional about 2 minutes out of every 10 minutes. Third, the staff at this hotel were generally rude. When we checked in on a Sunday evening, the agent was berating another customer and I wondered what led to that until I had to ask him something a few hours later and he treated me similarly rudely. The morning staff were definitely more professional, but still quite brusque and seemed like they couldn’t be bothered. The location of this hotel is good, especially if you have train connections, in which case the location is great. The tram stop is a 2-3 minute walk away and you can get into central Vienna in about 10 minutes. The breakfast was also good. If you come during a time with cooler temperatures and working Wi-Fi, you will likely have a good experience, especially if you don’t need to interact with the staff.

However, located in a recently redeveloped area of the city, it was convenient for the Belvedere, and had good links elsewhere. What a life saver. The only room left was a twin, but we didn't mind as the other place we had booked was not working for us, and we needed a bed for a few nights.

This hotel was conveniently located a few minutes walk away from the Budapest -Keleti train station, tram stop and underground station. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet offered a good selection of food.

The hotel is located on the Pest side of the city but there are transit options to get you to all of the tourist attractions - including those on the Buda side. The area felt safe although not as posh as the other neighborhoods we visited in the city.
All in all, this was a great choice for our stay and I recommend the place if you’re traveling to Budapest.

The hotel staff were very polite and always available, and the rooms were clean. However, the two rooms I stayed in did not have windows for proper air circulation. Additionally, the furniture, especially the bathroom fixtures, could benefit from renovation to meet the standards expected of a 4-star hotel.

I booked this hotel as part of a Jet2 package. The room I booked was described as having a street view but the room I was allocated did not have a street view, it only had one window facing towards the lift. The outside temperature was around 34C during theI booked this hotel as part of a Jet2 package. The outside temperature was around 34C during the dayvand 24C at night. Unfortunately I have asthma and although the AC cooled the room it was stuffy and airless and I had difficulty breathing which prevented me sleeping. I went to reception about 4am and explained my problem. The staff were very sympathetic and helpful and they managed to move me to a different room with a street view which meant it had a window that opened. As it was a Superior room I had to pay an extra €80 but it was worth it. As I have said the staff on duty that night, Laci and Eszter, were extremely helpful and made it possible for me to enjoy my holiday. Generally the hotel was very clean and comfortable throughout and offered a good choice of food and drinks for breakfast. Despite its central location the hotel is situated in a fairly quiet little side street and is very close to the nearest Metro station which I found essential for getting around the city and its sights and attractions. I would recommend the Atrium Fashion Hotel to anyone visiting Budapest and looking for accommodation which isn't going to break the budget.

The mini fridge in the room was well stocked with a range of items and was reasonably priced. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were wonderful! They were very friendly and welcoming every morning which made a really positive impact on the start of our day. There was a very good selection of items for breakfast with something for everyone. Our room was serviced every day to a high standard and we would certainly recommend staying here if you visit Rome. It is in a good location which allows you to walk to the Colliseum in around 35 minutes. Alternatively the underground is also close by and you can access many different parts of Rome. This is our second visit to Rome and we loved every minute of it! When we return we will certainly stay here again. Thank you for such a wonderful holiday!

Located on a busy road about a 10 minute walk to San Giovanni metro station and a 30 minute walk to the colosseum. Staff very welcoming and hotel clean throughout. Our room was very small (306) but clean and an excellent hot shower. Breakfast was continental and very nice.

In my opinion the hotel would not be suitable for parents with a pushchair or people with limited mobility/wheelchair users. The hotel is above a run of shops and there are about 10-12 steps before the first very very small elevator. Reception is on the first floor with a 2nd equally very small elevator with another narrow door to access the floors with the rooms. Both elevators are that small I don't think a wheelchair or pushchair would fit through the door opening.
But regardless of the small lifts we thought the hotel was ideal for a short city break.

First trip to Florence, via package vacation plan. Four blocks from train station. This was an enormous improvement which made our stay tolerable. Not aware of any AC, we opened our window briefly but spent the next two days killing mosquitos from the otherwise lovely courtyard. Our room, and the hotel in general, was very clean. The lobby often had a foul smell. No water when we arrived (we were given 2 bottles upon request), no coffee or teapot. Towel warmer actually chilled our towels. Very thin walls, not soundproofed as described. One elevator was out of order. Staff were polite, ordered taxis for us and provided an additional blanket when requested. Our bed was comfortable. Inquired about laundry service but the turnaround was 24-hrs, then we realized there was a self-serve laundry across the street, which we used and were happy with. Breakfast was ok. Would not stay here again, heard from a guy at the laundry that the Grand Hotel Adriatico was excellent.

I liked this hotel. It is close to the train station and within walking distance of all the local attractions. Luckyly we went in early May so weather was still cool, our room was over looking the inside patio, we had to sleep with the window open, so we didn't have a noise issue. But a/c not working is unacceptable!
Major attraction were within walking distance (15-20) minutes, we are in mid 60's so took a rest halfway. We always sat at the Piazza di Santa Maria Novella which is a beautiful plaza! We has a couple of meals at the local pizzeria/Osteria MASO, a 2 minute walk, reasonable prices, good food, great service.
Average price for 4 night stay, including IVA tax, but not the mandatory city tax was $ 180 a night, including breakfast.

Lovely staff at Hotel Kette

Great location. We walked to concert at La Fenice, and a Vivaldi concert at San Vidal. Lots of restaurants. Concierge helped us book as we had 6. Great to have water taxi door for luggage. Lovely hotel centrally located . Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable beds and pillows. Spotlessly clean. Tasty breakfast. Water pressure in the bathroom excellent and hot water when needed. Hotel Kette is perfectly located to the major sites of the city. Easy access to water taxis and meeting points for tours. The staff is very professional and friendly. This was a great hotel and we were very happy with our stay. Would stay here again. Close to everything, including Piazza San Marco and the water bus service. Beds comfy. Rooms a good size.
