Great location - few steps away from train station, and 2 blocks away from Albert Hawker centre, Bugis junction and shopping malls.
Great staff - special shoutout to Nazirah, and also the cleaning team from the 7th and 9th floors who did well in making up our rooms

The hotel has a small gym and pool right beside it which came in handy for us as we could have down times when it was too hot and humid to explore the city.

The hotel is very nice right in the center and near to MRT. The staff is very cooperative, housekeeping every day. Also Mr Hazroy is very helping with everything and late check-out and great assist to get guidance for Singapore. There are two 7/11 within 100 meters. Mini India is just a stone throw away.

Hotel Mi Rochor is a great hotel with good pricing for your stay in Singapore. They are situated in a good location, which is also across the road from the MRT station, making your commute around Singapore, even to the airport,so easy.

The rooms are clean and have much needed air conditioning (which is definitely needed with the humidity here).
The staff is also very friendly and helpful. Indah, who assisted me at reception received me with a friendly attitude and smile. The check in service is also very easy, and no issues occurred there!

We only stayed here for 1 night but our stay was pleasant. Location is good to the night market where there was lots of different options to chose from for dinner. Price is reasonable. It’s a very nice hotel with good location . The staffs are very nice . Me and my wife stayed for 4 days and we got to meet a very pleasant employee from Indonesia by the name “ Kness “ at the Lounge on the 2 fl .It’s a very nice hotel with good location . Will be back for sure for a 3rd time. Amazing hotel. Clean and nice staff. Only one issue now the bar is only accessible for certain people. This is new as last time i was allowed in and had a great time. The staff are friendly. Big room. The receptionWill be back for sure for a 3rd time. Amazing hotel. Clean and nice staff. Everything about this hotel was top notch. The location was right next to Imbi monorail station and is right across from one of the biggest malls in the world. The breakfasts had a good choice of food, juices, teas and coffees. One member of staff who really stood out toEverything about this hotel was top notch. One member of staff who really stood out to us was the Level Lounge Manager who was the most genuine caring man and is a credit to the hotel. The tall concierge was also very knowledgeable when asked anything. We're in Phuket now and missing KL already.

We stayed at The Melia Kuala Lumpur for 5 nights and I wish we’d stayed longer. We were in a room on The Level part of the hotel. We were in a room on The Level part of the hotel. Our room was facing the front of the hotel on the busy road yet we could hear very little noise from the road.
The room was clean, bed and pillows very comfortable, and I have never experienced hospitality anywhere near as good. The staff both at The Level and also downstairs in the lobby and concierge were always very friendly, happy, and welcoming when they saw us. The staff we saw most often were Mr Arif, Mr Nabil, and Mr Agilan and they always greeted and treated us with enthusiasm.
The hotel is conveniently located near a LRT station out the front, with taxis across the road at the Berjaya Times Square Shopping Mall. Grabs and taxis can collect you from the front door of the hotel also. Hotel is close to multiple restaurants and inexpensive food outlets. Pavilion Shopping Mall is a short walk away.
I’m planning another trip to Kuala Lumpur for next year, and I’ll definitely be looking at staying at The Melia again (the only reason I wouldn’t stay there is if it’s not available).
