Thank you for a beautiful holiday!

I'm running the risk of sounding like a broken record about Atlantis The Palm, however when every visit is as good as the week my mum and I have spent in the hotel, it's hard to not tell everyone how absolutely wonderful our stay was.
We stayed in an ImperialI'm running the risk of sounding like a broken record about Atlantis The Palm, however when every visit is as good as the week my mum and I have spent in the hotel, it's hard to not tell everyone how absolutely wonderful our stay was.
We stayed in an Imperial Club Room, which is very much worth the additional cost, and as this was our 7th stay at the hotel thought we knew what we could expect from the holiday - we were wrong, in a good way! The Imperial Club staff remembered us both from our previous stays and to say we were treated well would be an understatement. Jordan was as ever an absolute star - organising a beautiful birthday celebration for my mum's 74th birthday and making mum feel extra special throughout the holiday, which brightened her day, every day! Filli was super helpful in The Imperial Lounge - chatting with mum and me about our trip, making sure we were comfortable whilst in the lounge, making sure we had a table that was easily accessible for mum, and generally being a happy light every day of our stay. Hanna was super polite - beautiful service that went above and beyond, greeting us both by name every day and always polite and professional. Brenda was a ray of sunshine, whilst being 100% on top of everything going on in The Imperial Lounge - Brenda set an example to the entire team of how to be professional, kind, and made us feel as if she was truly happy to chat with us daily. Simran was so wonderful to mum and me - honestly the joy on mum's face when she received the beautiful card Simran made for her birthday (and had many of the staff sign for her) was wonderful to see! You made mum really, really happy :) Eva was once again such a happy person to see every day and, as usual, made sure we were looked after when it was happy hour (our favourite part of the day!) Don was so polite to welcome us back to the hotel, and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay, and last but no means least La was a wonderfully helpful member of the team.
I will have forgotten so many names, and I'm sorry if I have - every member of the team were welcoming, helpful and super professional. I also have to give full thanks to the security team stationed throughout the hotel - your continuous smiles and welcomes were most appreciated.
If you want a holiday that ticks every box, then Atlantis the Palm is the place to go. We will definitely return!

The house keeping team anisha & zahid are so nice , the room was so clean , turn down service at night is a great experience and to come to room and see the towels made in to Swans and bears with rose petals all over the bed also ..The house keeping team anisha & zahid are so nice , the room was so clean , turn down service at night is a great experience and to come to room and see the towels made in to Swans and bears with rose petals all over the bed also .. wow what a surprise.

Excellent resort. Everything you could ask for and more right down to the finest detail. Even the special touches from the room cleaning service were a daily surprise! The service in every aspect exceeded our expectations. Great restaurants, pools, aquatic park, aquarium, and more.
